Chris is a lifelong athlete and fitness professional with over 25 years of experience. A Parrillo-certified trainer since 1998, he co-owned Airport Fitness (1997-1998) and later founded INTUIT Fitness, where he combined his passion for physical and mental wellness to help clients achieve lasting success.
“Living a fit and active lifestyle is a priority of mine no matter what challenges I face,” Chris says. His personal achievements include success in bodybuilding, competitive sports, extreme activities, and coaching at both adult and youth levels.
